On behalf of Speak Up & NDEN, we would like to thank you for your openness, vulnerability, and strength in sharing your stories, smiles, tears, and, most of all, your hearts! In the voice of Kirk Franklin, โYou look so much better when you smile!โ
Hereโs a quick rundown of the day:
Trista began the day by praising GOD and continued on by worshipping him.
Survivors then evoked solidarity with the people who are living with cancer by using their voices to raise awareness and promote early detection.
Additionally, in memory of those who gained their heavenly wings, balloons were released. Finally, we danced in a PINK soul train line to commemorate the day!
